Descriptions

It is a medium-sized deciduous tree. It has a spreading crown with a stout trunk and smooth, grayish bark. The tree produces large, fragrant, white to yellow flowers that are borne in clusters, with four petals and a prominent central stamen. Fruit a berry, globose, yellowish-grey; seeds brown, embedded in pulp.
