It is an epiphytic herb with sheath internodes and terete stem. Leaves ovate-lanceolate, sessile, distichous, acuminate apex. Inflorescence racemose, lateral for terminal. Flower fragrant, pale violet, lip margins crenulate, broadly suborbicular.
