It is an epiphytic orchid characterized by long, pendulous stems that can reach up to 1 meter in length. The stems are typically covered in alternating, lanceolate leaves. Flowers are clustered along the stem, each with a fringed lip, yellow in color. The pseudobulbs are thin and slightly swollen at the nodes.
