Descriptions

It is a medium-sized deciduous tree reaching 4.5 to 7.5 meters in height with a thick, gnarled trunk and papery, flaking bark. Its compound leaves are alternately arranged with serrated leaflets. The small, creamy white flowers form in racemes or panicles, and it produces oblong, reddish-brown drupes.
