Descriptions

It is a large deciduous tree with light brown or grey bark and 4 sided branches. Leaves are large, elliptic or obovate and scabrid on the upper surface and tomentose beneath. Flowers are white and short pedicelled. Fruit drupe, sub globose with thick hairy exocarp.
