Descriptions

It is a large tree with rough, dark brown bark. Leaves are paripinnate, alternate, tomentose and swollen at the base, broadly oblong or elliptic, emarginate or obtuse apex. Flowers white in terminal axillary panicles. Fruits drupe in in 3 cocci, pubescent when young and glabrescent when ripe.
