Descriptions

It is a medium sized tree with crooked trunk and rough, dark brown or bluish grey bark. Leaves are pinnate with often 3 leaflets and leaflets rigidly coriaceous, glabrous above and pubescent beneath. Flowers bright orange red and rarely yellow and calyx campanulate. Fruit pod, compressed and brown when mature.
