Descriptions

It is an herbaceous plant with hairy stem. Leaves alternatively arranged, simple, margins are either entire, bluntly toothed. Flowers are, small star-shaped, borne in several-flowered clusters near the tips of the branches. The flowers have five white or purple-tinged petals. Fruits are rounded from green to dull black or purplish-black in color when mature.
