It is a small tree with grey bark. Leaves are alternate, coriaceous, elliptic to elliptic oblong, slightly serrated towards the apex, yellow individual leaves arranged among many green leaves. Flowers in cymes or clusters, white to greenish white. Fruit capsule, lobed, seeds sub globose.
