Descriptions

It is a large tree with a spreading crown and dense foliage. Leaves: The leaves are simple, alternate, and large. They are broadly ovate or elliptic with an acuminate tip and an entire margin. Flowers are sweetly fragrant, red to orange in color, occurring in dense, globular head. Fruits are spherical or ellipsoidal capsules, contain numerous seeds embedded in a fleshy pulp.
